Rapeseeds
In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for rapeseed crops in European markets. Rapeseed is primarily grown for its oil which is rich in ω-3 and ω-6 fatty acids. Nowadays rapeseed oil is preferred oil stock for biodiesel production in most of Europe. Processing of rapeseed for oil produces valuable high-protein meal for livestock feed.
